There were thousands of tadpoles in this pond near Courville Lake. Jake and i saw a snake hanging right in with the tadpoles and we wondered if it was feeding on them. We also saw a few frogs in the same pond, crazy to see reptiles so high in the mountains at an elevation of 6,797 feet.
Well you can’t be in the mountains every day, so here is Jake and I working in the computer lab on our methods still managing to have a good time and laughing. Jake is a huge help to me when ever I ask and we are not at each others throats yet!

This was a picture of a bull moose in Glacier National Park. We took a day trip with the whole SPAW team on July 8th it was a great time. We were able to see some of the most beautiful terrain in Montana and also a bit of wildlife.
Here I am (Andy) building a seepage meter on the 26th of June in the natural research lab at SKC. Jake and I put together this seepage meter to quantify the groundwater influence of the mountain lakes we will be studying.
